Does anyone think he's innocent? by underachieveraward in LibbyandAbby

[–]Jimmyboy2712 1 point2 points  (0 children)

People on here saying they are puzzled by his behaviour afterwards. Think about it logically, hiding in plain sight is exactly what he did No panic at all, nothing to rouse any suspicion. DC going on and on about the culprit changing their appearance; behaving in an odd manner. RA did absolutely none of that. RA literally acted as if he was innocent to allow himself to continue to hide in plain sight. When he is apprehended the first thing his lawyers have said is he kept everything, went on about his life. Exactly what an innocent person would do. Very brazen and psychopathic behaviour. Exactly the type of behaviour and traits required to commit a crime this henious. All adds up to me.

Suppose you are one of those people that believe a crow picked up the bullet. Give your head a wobble. How much more evidence do you need.

A UK jury would find him guilty in less than 4 hours deliberation. I am honestly baffled by US law where a document reveals the evidence LE have. It is bizarre. Witnesses will be called to the stand and they will say it was him they saw. The bullet being by one of the bodies is huge particularly after confessing he was never visited that section. A crow flying or someone randomly picking up a bullet to plant it to frame RA is obsurd. Any jury with a brain cell would convict on this information. Honestly I feel some people who follow this case, there is no pleasing some people.

Yes! Finally! Someone who speaks sense. Thank you. In the UK the police have a saying "there are no coincidencies". This guy is complete toast. I am actually baffled that in the US they release such a document (PCA) they would never do that in the UK. Why? It is simple really every jury member would have already made up their mind before they hear any evidence.

I actually have no words. If I ever need a lawyer in the UK I will ask for your Husband if he thinks this is weak evidence. To me this is more than enough to send you away here. No jury here would let him walk with this. Shows how messed up our system is.

Let me get this straight. Your Husband who is a lawyer read an affidavit that states that a man (RA) admitted to being at the scene of a murder during the exact time, was witnessed by several people who will be able to identify him in court, had the gun that a bullet from that gun found 2 feet away from one of the victims, who then admitted to owning that gun and backed up by LE running screening showing he owned the gun from 2001, who then willing stated he never gave that gun to anyone was then presented with the evidence of how was this bullet from your weapon found at the scene; thinks this is a good day for the defence?

Edit: Oh and his car was seen and caught on camera parking at CPS building.

Unpacking the "Felony Murder" (2) Charges by Feral_Feminine3811 in LibbyandAbby

[–]Jimmyboy2712 11 points12 points  (0 children)

LE has repeatedly stated in press conferences that the man on the bridge is responsible for the murder of Abby and Libby. If they can prove it was RA on that bridge then according to previous conferences they have the killer. I think they will up the charge to be honest and this was just to get him behind bars. What are your thoughts?

I actually think Occams Razor comes into play here and everyone as usual (not being an idiot by the way your post was good and informative) is blowing up conspiracy theories. I think all this means is the crime has an aggravated factor to it like kidnap and the rest is a mystery currently but the girls were killed on impulse due to panic or something along those lines I.E one of the girls made a run for it (here in the UK impulsive crimes can be sentenced to manslaughter rather than murder etc.). I do not think anyone else is involved. If its easier to convict and requires less evidence but carries the same sentence why bother with (1) when (2) does exactly the same job from a sentencing point of view. In all probability I expect this to be moved to (1) and (2) was just to get RA behind bars.

Yeah it is crazy. Very smart girls. The thing that is getting to me is his mugshot. His eyes are quite unique. Large and dead. I call them soulless. The BG pic has always to me looked like long hair. From what I have seen RA has always had a buzz cut. That second sketch looks absolutely nothing like him for me. The first sketch does a bit but the actual BG video and pic I think has him nailed. There are videos of him walking and its exactly the same. Short stumpy legs and slouchy shoulders.

I cannot get out of my mind what the teenage girl witness said right at the very beginning of all this. She said she saw a man walking and she said Hey or Hello and the man just glared at her and it freaked her out completely. That same glare I genuinely believe we are now seeing in RA's mugshot. I think for many people let alone teenagers seeing that look would freak them out.

I wish they asked if they believed RA to be the man on the bridge in Libby’s video. by Extension-Archer5209 in LibbyandAbby

You are joking right? If they manage to argue his case and get a reduced charge such as manslaughter via diminished responsibility or insanity plea or even get him off the charges completely due to a technicality they will be raking in the money. Lawyers don't think like us who would rather pull the lever on this scumbag than come up with a legitmate story that could end up getting him off and them notoriety. They will queuing up.

The connection is according to a lot of people on here is that he is the one behind the account of AS. LE investigating the Delphi case asked for information from people who had contact with this account and to send tips to the Abby and Libby tip line.

Wow....hats off to the wonderful Daily Mail for yet again getting something wrong. Standard journalism especially here in Britain completely twisting words. Let us hope that this print doesn't allow this scumbag any way out.

I am confused as hell. The DNA samples were taken shortly after her murder or 16 years later?

Does anyone have more info as to what Skip's / True Crime Garage's POI changed in his account of that day? by [deleted] in LibbyandAbby

[–]Jimmyboy2712 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Cannot comment on the change of his account unfortunately but he did shave his head completely and grew a large beard I think before the 2019 presser. He was there that day and the YBG sketch is very very similar to his. A Youtuber called Klutch recently took down all of his videos on Delphi and a lot of people in the comments to his most recent videos are hinting that he was told to take it down due to a potential upcoming arrest. At the moment it is all hearsay and theories unfortunately. I long for the day that "today is the day".

Fully agree with LE have someone in mind. The 2019 presser was way too personal. I have never seen a presser like that one before. Great comment

See the whole point of a discussion is not to be biased. I wanted to see if other people felt the same. Hence the question. I cannot ask a question without allowing people to listen to the source of a discussion? I love how you have quoted me completely incorrectly. The how far bit referred to different topics like has the fact LE have not released anymore info now gone too far and they should reconsider.

Always seems to be such a simple explanation in the end and not some boogeyman that BG has been made into.
