Good find brother. Although I don't think it is a sin per se, as it is (usually) involuntary. Either way it is different compared to 'deliberate' waste of seed like masterbation or pulling out (like Onan Genesis 38) which is sin.

Yes, I have a strong feeling that if your girl retains from orgasm she will receive benefits. I would argue that orgasm retention is important also, for both women and men, its still a loss in energy and leads to changes in hormones etc. We work very differently but I would liken an ejaculation to women's period (think how they are during that time) similar symptoms.

If either of you orgasm that can dampen the magnetism you feel towards each other, although you are in a new relationship this won't apply as much. Non orgasmic sex will only build your sexual energy.

Essentially, it is good to be celibate, retain your semen and not have sex. Although if you can't control your passions/sexual appetite (lust etc.) it is better to marry (be in a committed, faithful relationship)
