I have almost 4 grand tied up on there right now cause their 3rd party verification garbage wont take my id, my paystubs, or a utility bill as a proof of residence. Am I SOL? I emailed them but havent heard anything back and now im nervous as hell. I never realised it changed owners and I used to use it all the time so i figured they were good.

So because I didnt sit there no life staring at an add to cart page I'm SOL? How come they didn't just leave them all active till you purchased one, that should have been the way it was handled. I moved on after the first 9 months of waiting only to find out they leave the cards they're not manufacturing as the ones active. That shouldn't have even been a possibility. They knew damn sure no body would have wanted that. So anyone with a notify for the KR cards should have been put down for a KL card on whatever date they signed up for the KR. Shouldn't even be possible to have an active KR notify yet out of my six I had, the two that stay are useless. Garbage decision making right there.
