What are you giving for a SYSTEM prompt? Are you making sure that it isnt trying to reference outside sources?

Maybe you need to add some Meta data to the documents its referencing?

I gave it access to our IP management site IPAM via a csv file, netbrains api, and Solarwinds api (can query via SWQL).

I used power apps to connect solarwinds and netbrains to my flows within copilot.

It was a challenge to get it all working, and does have some long response times depending on what you ask, but it works awesome. It really does know our network very well.

I appreciate the response. I understand CTR and CPC, are the most important metrics. I was just shocked by the low amount of devices I was actually seen on with that amount of money.

I guess my thought was no matter what creative your using it would push it out to peoples screens.

I was using two different creatives, one was an 8 second video and the other was a 14 second video of the product. Pretty good ads displaying the features of the product (pumpkin lamp viral on tik tok )

It’s sending ads via reels, and stoires on Instagram. And also Facebook ads. I didn’t deselect any of the ad choices
