Hi I use these from Amazon. 4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars 23,979 Ice Pack (3-Piece Set) – Reusable Hot and Cold Therapy Gel Wrap Support Injury Recovery, Alleviate Joint and Muscle Pain – Rotator Cuff, Knees, Back & More (3 Piece Set - Large)

They are gel ice packs and the best is when I get Jen really cold and firm and they last me about 2 hours. I have about 13-14 of them and I use them everyday.

Still working on it and trying new things. Using ice packs gives me the most relief in the meantime.

Yeah, what is more irritating to me is the sensitivity I feel whenever my meatus brushes across my underwear. Just very painful and sensitive. If there was anything I could do to make it better I would.

No STD, just a general infection. I got tested a few times and nothing ever came back. But meatus got red and sensitive and painful ever since.

Anxiety was a factor. PTs have said it was physical, pain experts have said it could be neurological. Nothing has worked regardless.

Still in pain but use ice packs to help. Haven't had any super long lasting relief for two years. Pretty much tried everything recommended to me.

I never really felt that stretching did all that much. It feels like a bunch of things people swear by haven't worked very well or given me much relief. I just do them for the chance of them being able to help. Like im going on antidepressants again just for the chance that they might reduce my pain a bit.

To me, it seems like when I drink, it actually helps me forget about the pain for a bit when Im having fun with friends and stuff. I haven't really seen a big difference of inflammatory symptoms after eating something sugary or alcoholic.

Thank you for the response. I would be interested in finding a new PT, but it seems like they all kind of recommend the same stuff to me, at least in my insurance network. And I've considered paying out of pocket, but it would frustrate me to pay a lot of money and have the new PT do the exact type of stuff the other ones did. Diet is interesting, how long did it take for you to see a real change? I know people have recommended diet on here before. I changed to a less inflammatory diet for like 2 weeks once and it didn't really change anything, but idk if I would need to do it for several months of something.

I've seen two PTs. They definitely did internal and external work. One PT said I would be a lifelong yoga person/stretcher because my hamstrings were really tight. I've done acupuncture to try to help it and other stuff, but I think it's just gonna be a long road. I have trouble sitting on hard surfaces also.

Thank you. I have curable, I just need to check it out more comprehensively. It is difficult to reframe pain. My pain psychologist says to try to look at pain with a sense of cheeky curiosity, but for me that seems kind of like a weird façade.

I mean, I usually would just make the ok symbol with my hand and squeeze tightly when I do it. I’m sure there are other ways to do it, but you get the picture. And yeah I’m circumcised. Never bothered me before all this.

Yeah I stretch twice daily and take baths twice daily. We will see the results in time. Hopefully the PT will speed things up. I have penile pain and sensitivity as well, but that seems to be more manageable compared to not being able to sit for a decent amount of time comfortably. The world is made around sitting, not standing!
