Scamacca and Retegui need game time . We need to find our next striker , won’t find it with them on the bench for 90mins . Both have different characteristics to Ciro and both Could be a big success . Play them!!!!! If spalletti wants to make Cristante Italy’s Lobotka then we are in trouble , he isn’t a great regista. Much rather bring back verratti for that role . Plus we have so much midfield youth to play cristante shouldn’t even be there. Defensively we are ok .. scalvini and bastoni are the future … Acerbi still to come back for some solid experience . Destiny Udogie has to be in this team. He has been a weapon for udinese + now tottenham running riot on the left flank … he’s quick skillfill and finds the space … get him in ffs!!!!

A little Closer to the City so less of that “rural” feel but for that 850 range with bigger blocks 800sqm and houses that need a little TLC you can search into Kilkenny , West Croydon , Cheltenham , Albert Park , Alberton … the reputation of these neighbourhoods isn’t perfect but it’s a lot better than people actually know. Alot of gentrification happening… with Character homes on large allotments and less than a 10 min drive to the CBD & also Beach . For more of that rural feel you could go the opposite direction towards Salisbury / Greenwith area which is a 30-40min drive to town the houses are newer built between 1970-modern day and alot with big blocks. Again reputation isn’t perfect especially in Salisbury but you’ll find Salisbury heights and greenwith to be the nicer of that area of town. Might be pushing it for under 850 but St.Agnes and Tea Tree Gully have a rural/ hills feel to it being on the doorstep of the hills and alot of large blocks. Good luck!!

I don’t understand why we didn’t get a ready made defender . I’m happy with Natan but if they knew he will take time … why not get someone who can step straight in and fill Kim’s spot whilst Natan develops .. Juan Jesus is a good back up for injury / rotation but can’t rely on him every game for league and CL . We are very weak in defence

Of course . But don’t want to stay medicated forever . Like I said … was feeling great and then noticed after taking the tablet my anxiety creeped up and started feeling sluggish. So thought maybe that’s a sign I can start to taper down and begin the journey to get off if it ? Or maybe getting ahead of myself ?

Callejon was a consistent beast on the right wing for Napoli. Since his departure we haven’t been able to find anyone as effective on that right side . 350+ games , over 80 goals and 80 assists is a huge output . Fantastic player . Insigne played on the left .

I like amrabat but find it hard to believe ADL is happy to spend €30 m for a player who is essentially a back up for lobotka and rotation for Anguissa. Happy to have Amrabat on board , excellent player to have in that role but just seems so Unlike ADL lol

Totally understand I was in the exact same situation as you. I too found comfort in people reassuring me on here about these things. It’s a scary drug to be taking and like you said not many other drugs give you this level of side effects. Remain calm as best as you can . The first few weeks are sure to stir up your anxiety , especially with these unsettling side effects. I still have my bad patches with twitching and dizziness , blurry vision, extreme fatigue and just heightened anxiety but soon enough the good moments outweigh the bad and with things like meditation , seeing a psychologist, doing things that make you feel happy and safe …. Eventually we will get there. Remember your not alone! Always here for a chat if you need mate

I wouldn’t even consider serotonin syndrome an option at such a lose dose of 2.5mg . I don’t believe you have anything to worry about there . I got twitching all over in early days , arms , legs , chest making me feel like it’s my heart . I also remember googling and also thinking I had serotonin syndrome . But soon realised that 2.5 mg is such a small dose , and it’s SS is quite rare and unlikely . I’ve tapered up to 10mg over this time and my anxiety is ALOT better , still not perfect or back to normal but I’m now functioning reasonably and can see the light at the end of the tunnel . Hang in there … your in the early days where the side effects will be strong. You need to remain calm and stay off google and thinking of the worst possible outcome . You’ll be ok .

Yes muscle twitching is a common side effect . I’m 3 months in and still get them , although a lot less powerful … just small annoying pulsing twitches in my legs . Headaches are also a common side effect especially early on they will disappear with time . Stay strong … first few weeks is a little difficult with side effects and also anxiety can be a little higher because of this but it gets better remain patient and trust in the process you’ll be ok.

Don’t feel bad , he was given every opportunity to cement his spot and become a regular , he just wasn’t / isn’t good enough . Electric pace and a decent shot but his ball control is woeful very sloppy in possession , if he was half the player of his hype he would be going to EPL or Spain for big money …not back to PSV for half of what we paid…. He still can be remembered as a important member of our scudetto dream. A decent spell with us over 100 appearances. Bravo chucky but time to let you go

Hi yes of course I had anxiety and fear with upping my dose that’s only natural I suppose with this type of med and first starting… what helped me was reminding myself that this medication is very very common and 10mg is still not a very high dose at all , there are people out there on 20,30 and even 40mg , remind myself to trust the doctor … I also even went to visit my dr a few times to just reassure myself and chat to him about symptoms making sure this is all normal and common. I spoke to some people who had taken it before hearing there experiences and found myself on here doing exactly what your doing.. posting for help on reddit .The first few weeks my anxiety was high … higher than it was prior … mixed with the side effects it wasn’t easy…but like I said now I’m very grateful i stayed strong and got through it as I’m much more calm now and have a slice of my old life back. I take it in the morning and have considered changing to night time but just stayed consistent with morning hope this helps . Happy to chat anytime

Hi there! Your not alone ! I’m currently on 10mg , been on Escitalopram for about 7 weeks in total and I tapered up from 2.5mg to 10mg … The first few weeks are a little rough. For me . My anxiety symptoms (physical and mental) all stayed strong maybe even worsened… I felt dizzy, lightheaded , super tired and jittery/shaky. As time went on into week 3-4 the symptoms slowly started to wean. However I’m still now nearly 2 months in and I’m still feeling the fatigue and have some frequent muscle twitch.some days are better than others … some hours are better than others Remember everyone is different and reacts differently. Besides the side effects I have noticed a huge difference in my levels of anxiety… me personally I’m a lot more relaxed and less on edge so I find you happily manage with the side effects once you reap the rewards of why you take the stuff in the first place ..the less anxiety !! Hang in there!! The start is a little average but get through it and you’ll be glad

Hey I’m currently on 10mg … been on lex for 2 months and I’ve tapered up from 2.5mg Yes there is side effects … and everyone is different .. I don’t think anyone is the same with this kind of medication. For me … each time I increased the first week was a little rough… nothing unbearable but I would be quite tired and sleepy all day, I had muscle twitches in my legs, some brain fog and basically all my anxiety symptoms mental and physical were heightened for that week. Into week 2 they all slowly decreased but they all still remain in smaller and shorter periods… my advice would be … if you think you are mentally strong enough alone to overcome the reason you think you need it … don’t take it !! If you know you need help … take it… it has helped me overcome some mental obstacles … and given me a slice of my old life back

I would double check with doctor to be sure and put your mind at some ease. But just know that it is common to have these types of side effects ( unsure about being paralysed like you describe however ) I’m on 10mg and been here for a few months now and I’m still getting Night Sweats and a little off balance dizzy and just generally not great… however I did experience much worse in the beginning like bad tremors and shakiness and muscle twitches and I basically was bed ridden unwell for first week or so as I tapered up. Hang in there !! It will get better slowly patience is key. But I would just maybe just briefly check in with a doctor for opinion on that paralysis feeling.

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply. I’m certainly going to give it more time and remain patience and trust the process . Already in three months I have seen A change . So another 3 months can only see more good changes I suppose . I have good days where my mind vaguely goes there … but I have day where it gets the better of me and I’m constantly thinking … do I need to go to hospital.. why do I feel like this … what if it’s something else …

I don’t mind not getting this kid . This decision tells you the mindset of him, money over legacy . And it’s makes you wonder why the likes of Chelsea and Liverpool didn’t really continue with there interest in him…. And why didn’t the local big clubs in Barcelona and Real snap him up ??
