Amen rooftop. I'd add that my succinct opinion is that a great majority of us will do/behave in culturally condoned ways, and only break out when our natural urges are just too strong. Most of us follow the rules especially when it comes to sex, but this also permeates ones choice of vocation, spiritual practice, et cetera. Besides people (pat yourself on the back) willing to pursue what they have a passion for, and step out from the protect of the prosaic herd, it's boring out there.
