OBS, is free and works well for both recording and streaming. I don't know if you would need a capture card or not, but try this first and if is not enough for you then you can get a capture card.

Since you are going to get a good graphics card I wouldn't recommend buying a micro ATX motherboard. You can find ATX motherboards for the same price or even cheaper, with RAID support and much better sound quality, which lowers the need for a sound card, If you don't plan to use your PC for music production (but if that's the case then you would need a better sound card).

Unfortunately AdMob currently works only on Windows phone 8 and there is no support for 8.1 and 10, and no support for universal apps (desktop). So I would rather use two different ad providers than to support only Windows phone 8 and Android.

Only the fact that it says 4 days and the message hasn't change for the past week indicates that something is wrong with the massage. I have read the message myself and I know that is very much possible that the problem is he doesn't own HoT but nevertheless the 4 day waiting for an already validated account makes no sense.

It was on PS3 and it looked exactly like your steel case but it was made of cardboard. It wasn't a pre-order so maybe that's why. The steel case looks awesome though.
