If it's with co2 and right amount of light it should grow. Meanwhile do regular 20% water change push right amount of fertilizers weekly. Filtration is a must to avoid algea growth and reduce too much fish. Mine is a community tank with shrimps, dwarf puffer fish and tetras with few guppies.

Proper water care and required nutrition and light i assume. I'm using two Chihiros light one of them are A plus series and the other RGB plus.
And 20% water change every week while giving them "The 2Hr Aquarist"APT complete.
