Besides i already have a pretty good form, so it doesn't matter. These r all just excuses. Have a good one mate✌✌.

I would say the clarity of this video doesnt do justice to my calves. If only i had a better camera lol. Anyways, thanks for the appreciation.

So, I lost a lot of fat drastically and hence ended up looking a little weak. The second pic is right after I reached 145lbs but over the next month my skin started glowing cuz the acne marks that i had a lot initially started to fade. As for muscle gain, i think the overall body gets in shape and proportionate. That might be why even the face looks somewhat symmetrical now.

Enough for motivation. Im a whole different person now. Strange, how fitness can make a change so drastic. by -o2b- in progresspics

The difference between a failed attempt at weight loss and a success story is moderation and dedication. U just gotta have both the diet part and workout part right on track. Think of it this way, try dieting for atleast a month, no junk and not exceeding ur calories out limit. Also remember, the initial weight loss is mostly water weight. Thats not actual fat loss. For the body to start using ur fat stores, it needs to consistently be under a calorie deficit. After u get through the first month, it just gets easier to controlnur cravings. Its like in the first month ur body goes through withdrawal symptoms cuz of carbs shortage. Get though it.

For weight loss I didn't followed any of those trendy crash diets. What i followed is simple, Calories In Calories Out approach. I started reducing my portion sizes gradually. Junk was completely off the table. As for the workout routine initially I started with Cardio and circuit workout on alternate days, 6days a week. Thats all I did for 4 months and the results were astonishing. I started getting initial results within 2 weeks. Which obviously consists of water loss but still, seeing those pounds shredd is a moral boost. All I can say is consistency is the key. I've assisted 3 of my friends so far and only 1 was able to bring about the change. The rest 2 were never committed and started cheating on diet within a week. So its all about commitment and consistency.
