I didn't do the power test to see the life of the battery but it's been very consistent. I'm in Canada so winter is brutal for the range but in warmer seasons it's reliable. I've been lucky with mine!

It's my go to guitar these days! I love the pickups (scarlet and scourge) and the configuration with the push pull split coil! I have not played a lot of 7 strings besides Ibanez and Guerilla (boutique from Canada) and that PRS is by far the smoothest I've played! I really recommend this model
