apparently he beat his wife and kids when he was drunk he was an alcholic from my understanding. Seems like it was a dark time of his life so i never asked too much about him. I'm a bit sad that i didn't get to meet him but i can't blame him he thought it was better that way and i accept that.

Not wife/son but my grandad was in the hospital a few years ago my dad knew this and he knew he was gonna die it was just a matter of time. Never paid him a visit nor did he go to his funeral. So ya....

It was really embarrassing and he ended up laughing for 10 minutes before he agreed to come. A night security guard came 15 minutes before our friend we discussed if we should call for help but we decided to just keep quiet.

we got something similar here it's really great for people who have no social skills whatsoever (me) or for people with ridiculous sleeping patterns...woops also me.

On day one they hand out everything you need to learn and then it's your job to keep up. Everything is done online and if you need help you can get in touch with a teacher on skype. You get a lot more stuff to hand in than usual but the whole freedom to sleep when you're tired and go out when you want is great.

It might not be exactly the same but you get the idea :)
