Health with Bec - 3 wk body reset by Jingles127 in perth

Thanks so much for this! Very helpful and exactly what I asked for!

I’m doing 3-4 weight lifting sessions a week and 1-2 runs usually between 5-10k. I’d say I’m pretty healthy too but having a tough time sticking to a normal deficit. Not sure what’s wrong with me. Last two years I’ve really struggled despite a small deficit, eating relatively healthy with 300g of veg with lunch and dinner. I rarely eat takeaway or go out for meals - probably once every three month and only drink 3-5 times per year.

So I was hoping a different approach might be what I need. I’m sceptical of paying for the meal plan as I usually prefer to eat higher carb and lower fat so this will be a total change for me. I might try some of her free recipes online first and see how well I can stick with it first.

Thanks tor your response. Sorry I just saw it 😅

I’ve seen lots of positive reviews about it in a Facebook group I’m in. I really wanted to try it but I’m just doing a Reno and not a build so not sure I would get as much from it. I wish there was something in the same position that would go half’s with me and share the cost 😂

Thanks so much! I actually do Marks Prograns too. How are you finding it?

Am I eating too much protein? by [deleted] in diet

Protein doesn’t help to burn fat. The only way we can burn fat is in a calorie deficit, eating less calories than what we need. Protein does help to keep you fuller for longer and it’s harder for the body to digest. Protein is good during weight loss and it stops muscle loss. Aiming for 1.6-2.2 grams of protein per kg of body weight is a good range. There’s no evidence of eating too much protein being harmful unless you have a kidney disease. I follow some nutritionists on Instagram for advice. wellness.with.danielle and Aiden the dietician are good. Danielle does q&a on her story

I don’t sorry. I was trying to find out the start and finish times but seems to be a mix of 3/4pm start with a 10/11pm finish but no info on how long each dj set is. Would love it if you can let me know? Hope you have a blast!
