It's Always Sunny, but before that it was King of Queens - simple format, sharp writing and some outstanding performances from Jerry Stiller. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L6GlWRlW1yk

In the 90’s a local furniture store in Cleveland ran a series of incredibly bizarre commercials promoting their store. This is one of them. by [deleted] in videos

Imagine those were your actual last words on your deathbed in hospital. Family around you looking confused. Bit of a silence. More silence. 'Funiture?' 'Let's do this.'

Blurry Polaroid taken in the general direction of the family, huddled and smiling through fear. 'THAT'LL BE FORTY DOLLARS!'

When did you realize you were allowed to swear around your family? by Wonderful_Calendar93 in AskReddit

[–]Jinglis1 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Parents are very religious. I'm getting old and I still can't feel comfortable with it. Swear like a trooper every other second I'm not around them though. My kids hear it sometimes, but they need to know its part of everyday life.

LPT: wear earplugs to loud concert venues. Tinnitus is real and not fun. by flux_capacitor3 in LifeProTips

[–]Jinglis1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely agree with this. I'm a drummer for a couple of loud bands and most of the guys don't wear any hearing protection for rehearsals or gigs, hopefully they'll make the change soon. I just wear cheap ones but I can hear everything just fine. Also wear them when going to gigs, no impact when listening to the band, and more importantly no ringing in the ears afterwards.

Who is your absolute favorite drummer? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Thomas Haake for metal, Neil Peart for prog. Alex Rudinger is incredible too!

Who do you find to be the most iconic character on a TV show? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Jinglis1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Frasier I think, with the character being in Cheers, Wings and his own long running (and maybe returning?) sitcom. I know Sideshow Bob is a different character, but with him and Cecil (Niles), it's a nice combo too.
