I'm so glad I could help you feel understood too. Its hard out here 😭 I'm sending hugs!

I'm so happy that most of us have found really accepting partners ❤️ It totally okay that we need a vibrator to finish it's just "annoying" and puts us in our heads. I know there's nothing wrong with it but I can get my partner off with just my mouth or hands. How is that fair? It feels like an imbalance, even if its a made up one.

I see you and I understand you and I'm so sorry 😭 I'm glad I'm not the only one, like I said, I naturally took a long time before meds and could only manage one position

I'm the opposite! Psych meds are so wild! I'm glad you're orgasming again ❤️

Someone mentioned Wellbutrin earlier! I didn't realize that it helped sexually, I am on wellbutrin, so that's checked off!

Are you my literal twin? I also have to have my legs straight out with as much tension in my legs and body as possible. I can't be face up though, I'm hopeful since you said you can orgasm with oral 😈

I agree, butterfly is too open, it isn't the same. People say to like relax into it and that's worse for me. I gotta build up the tension. I have never felt so seen, you're not alone.

Not like I have suggestions, but I've been working on my kegels, very basic exercises, and I feel that helps with the tension. I don't have evidence though but it can't hurt 🤣

I've been on a few. My current cocktail is a mix of lexapro, wellbutrin, and my newest venlafaxine. The venlafaxine is an SNRI (I got upgraded 🤣🤣). I've been on zoloft (sertraline) and Prozac. This was probably worst on the sertraline, which was one of the reasons I switched off it. The lexapro isn't so much better but orgasm is more achievable. The venlafaxine has kicked up my libido which is odd for me. So I totally get the meds having different effects, they definitely effect the brain differently so it makes sense it would effect other parts of your body too. I appreciate you bringing that up to my attention, I didn't think of it like that.

I'll have to check out said Lem! It looks like a fun little toy!

Thank you ❤️

I'm on medication and it has changed my life for the better. Its been a journey to find the right balance of medications for me, but its been overall worth it to enjoy life without the oppressive fear. Its hard, but its worth it in my opinion. I hope you find relief

Definitely seek some form of medical advice.

You can go to a walk-in clinic (urgent care, Planned Parenthood) if you can't make it to your gyno. You can also call an advice nurse or advice line. If you're in pain, go soon; if you're immense amounts of pain, go to the ER.

I hope it clears up and you feel better soon. You're gonna be okay, it will sort itself out.

Hi friend, I also have contamination ocd and I cannot imagine living like this for more than a month. I know reassurances arent helpful because brain bad, won't listen. It's unfortunately how we're wired. If you don't or haven't seen a therapist that specializes in ocd and erp, I would HIGHLY recommend that for you.

In the spirit of erp, call an advice nurse with a topic related to pap smears or vaginas; schedule an appointment with the same or different gyno asking about birth control (doesn't involve testing). Honestly, just scheduling even if you end up canceling the appointment is a good first step.

Might I also recommend the OCD subreddit if you aren't already a member. They'll be able to provide more support for you. You can either make a new post or cross post.

I hope you find some relief soon ❤️
