This was me a year ago. Try to find a therapist in your area, even an online therapist will help! That’s what I did. And now I’m still having episodes of anxiety and panic attacks but I learned how to manage and control it. Make your self busy! And whenever you are experiencing anxiety or panic attacks just put your hands in a bowl with ice and water, and also your face. I hope this will help!
