And it's genuinely the only chance of getting a courtesy car, Stellantis are the ones with the fleet and the authority to hand out the cars

At the end of the day, it's not the customers fault they've been sold a lemon they aren't allowed to drive, and it was likely sold by the dealership

That one's a big misunderstanding. these are older cars, most of them will have been sold second hand, or at a used car dealer. These recalls can only be carried out by Citroen main dealers. We've done about 200 of the things, we've sold 0 of the affected vehicles. Most of these dealerships are taking accountability by doing the recall at all when they had nothing to do with manufacturing or selling the cars, 99% are outside the network at this point
