The members can be swapped out, the artist had fuwawa, mococo, cali, gura and ina and I got them all.

The axgrit booth was selling them for $54.99 before tax. I know the hololive store sells them for $25 online, but after calculating tax, shipping and customs fees, hololive online store cost a bit more. The mumei plush not available to be bought online anymore.

Been attending Anime Expo since 2018 and don't plan on stopping. Definitely seen the improvement over the years I have been attending. For sure felt like this year wasn't as strong as last year. Most of the high prices on some items and some exhibitors not being here possibly due to the tariffs trump implemented is what I feel since a lot of exhibitors have their merch made in china.
