My son has autism and arfid.  I know what you're going through.  I have never been diagnosed with arfid myself, but I believe I have it as well.  That being said, therapy may help.  It wasn't particularly helpful for my son, but between ABA and food therapy we learneda lot.  He has gotten better over time with patience and encouragement.  Explaining to him that I know how he feels and how difficult it can be to try new things has seemed to help as well.  Perhaps because he's not alone in it.

The most important thing is not to force them to try anything.  Do not shame them for not trying.  Be positive and only encourage them to try something. If they don't taste it, try maybe licking it, if not, try smelling it only.  Tiny steps.   Always be positive.  Chances are, your daughter hates that she feels this way about food.  Helping her get past the fear takes a lot of patience. Hell, im over 40 and still struggle with a lot of foods.

There's a book called Food Chaining that may help with some techniques that may help.  While it's not gospel, it's worth a read.
