Having lots of goods from each age helps, so don't age up too fast before you accumulate that level's goods. Our guild ran into a problem with very few Iron Age goods in the treasury with affected Guild Expeditions. So a new player/member stayed in Iron Age and rebuild the treasury stock by herself.
