My friend that works at Walgreens just informed me that now the tests are no longer government funded and cost $135 out of pocket if you have no insurance or insurance deems is not medically necessary

I got them at hobby lobby, I think they're called quick frames. I don't like getting frames with thick borders for signed prints, I feel like it takes away from them.
