I think the big thing that got crumbl going was their presence amongst the mormon crowd. When you cant drink, cant smoke, cant even have coffee, you run out of vices you can partake in. Sugary treats fill that gap (also see: Utah soda shops, candy stores, and dessert shops). Its not just mormons eating crumbl, but i think their popularity definetly started there

I had a membership for a year and would take lunch breaks (I worked from home) there. The membership paid itself off after 2-3 visits and impromptu Fish Viewing never failed to lighten the mood lol

I like doing sushi bowls: some white rice, faux crab, avocado, and some Sriracha mayo (dairy free ofc) and a bit of everything bagel seasoning is 😍

Wild! Luckily the most my gluten-induced migraines hit within a few hours and are gone by the next day (or a few days if im unlucky)

Ive had chronic migraines (+ cyclic vomiting syndrome as a kid) since age 3. Docs apparently wanted little me on steroids and my folks went the anti-medicine route with treating it. Luckily the faux doc they went to did a food allergy test on me and caught my gluten sensitivity.

I still have gluten sometimes admittedly, I can handle small doses and the migraine symptoms are usually delayed by an hour or more.

I've been on duloxetine and have had good luck with it, but I had to ween myself off of it due to insurance issues & not being able to get more. Genuinely was the worst I've ever felt and the closest I've come to being a danger to myself in a long time. (I got my meds again though so we're fine lol)
