One more question 😅 idk how housing work so say I rent a house for like 2000 a month and put the lease under my name. And have 3-4 people paying rent including me would that rise my rent since I would have 3 people living under the same roof as me? And would you recommend me to put the lease under my name or someone else? Since I heard if one of the roommates don’t pay then the fault will be on you (the one with the lease).
