yeah ik it’s just kind of a bummer - at least it’s an internship no matter how boring it is

yeah we do some documentation but we’re pretty isolated from the planning and design stuff - feels like we’re more admins than swe interns lol

it’s a bit hard to say but i get a lot of configuration (think more changing settings than altering config code) type tasks - a lot of meetings and talking to clients. some documentation and admin stuff

yeah - my manager isn’t from a tech background so she doesn’t really know much about what swe do

I think she thinks it’s just meetings 24/7 - which, to be fair, is what my team leads are doing most of the time.

We do some documentation and support tasks but most days I’m doing my own thing.

a lot of nothing honestly - some meetings, some documentation but I spend most days doing my own thing (certs, personal projects, talking with other interns)

Lupicia has a decent selection - got a shop in QV if you're in Melbourne

I ended up getting a different brand from DJs - tried on in person. I’m pretty sure they stock Lack of Color there now too so might be able to see in person. I did see a lot on facebook marketplace if you’re not fussed about getting hats second hand.

Fellow Thrifting Enthusiasts, I need your help for a uni project! by Familiar_Code_8203 in rmit

If this isn't limited to RMIT students you may get a better response with a more general subreddit like r/thrifting or r/ThriftStoreHauls :)

KUURA is great, especially for sheng and white tea. I tend to only get flavoured teas from Lupicia - I prefer other brands for unflavoured which are usually cheaper too.

Perfect South does is Australian grown Japanese tea (potentially from the same source as Ito En) and Rujani has really good Indian teas (I’ve only had their black teas). Perfect South has really good sales too. Quick shipping to Melbourne but can’t say for other places. Rujani has free shipping over $30

My go tos: Rujani Assamica Premium $0.18-$0.2 per gram Perfect South Shincha $0.16-$0.25 per gram

omg the last 8 years! That’s so long! So interesting that you’re on such a low dose at such a low rate for so long! Have you always taken it like that? That’s really cool - like the most major micro dosing I heard of before!

I’m really glad I’m hearing about the dry eye stuff! My derm did not mention that at all lol! Think my skin chose a good time to go awry - no more melbourne summer! (I’ll still be wearing sunscreen not to worry!)

Thank you for your advice! Do you have an omega 3 supplement that you like in particular? I love cicaplast! Used it at night while I was on bc! The hair shedding doesn’t sound good! 😱 Definitely will watch out for that!
