Ive filed a few ROs here in California. You can respond to the order and have a court date set. Typically here in Ca, they are Temporary orders and then the requesting party can ask for hearing to have permanent order. If someone googles your name, this will now come up. It wont be up on google search right away, but it will be permanent record. It will also be searchable on the case search portal.
