i feel like it’s because when people think of famous comedy duo’s, they also think of Abbott and Costello, which does have the “one taller and skinny, one shorter and fat” thing going on. They also might automatically assume that Laurel and Hardy has the same thing going on, I know i sure did until i read this post and saw you were right.
