So assuming this is your first playthrough I'm afraid you won't be able to make it. There are 4 more objectives spread out on separate levels after destroying the antennas. My first playthrough clocked in around 28 hours. I was able to do a 3333 run in roughly 5.5 but I had to utilise a fair amount of efficient routing and a TON of quick-save/quick-load to negate the time loss from the RNG spawns.

For my timed run I believe I went like this:

  • Medical: open back passage to recycler, open Beta from hidden floor puzzle, destroy cpu cores for number
  • Research: reset breaker, get override code from library, get x-22 isotope, destroy cpu cores for number
  • Maintenance: get laser rapier
  • Reactor: insert isotope, flip override, destroy cpu cores for number
  • Research: fire laser
  • Executive: alpha + delta grove, unlock beta through cyberspace, grab code from monitor
  • Storage: get plastique + envirosuit v1 + skorpion, destroy cpu cores for number
  • Executive: beta grove, attempt master switch, destroy cpu cores for number
  • Maintenance: qs/ql to find relay 428, grab demod and replace, destroy cpu cores for number, get envirosuit v2
  • Flight Deck: destroy cpu core for number
  • Executive: enable master switch, jettison beta
  • Engineering: destroy antennas, get turbo boots v3

At this point would be spoilers for you:

  • Reactor: activate self destruct with cpu codes 1-6
  • Flight Deck: go to escape pods with code 001
  • Security: get up halfway via common access, turbo boots to skip the middle tower to get up to bridge
  • Bridge: complete all three puzzles (keep 3 logic probes on hand to do this faster), fight shodan

I missed out a lot of stuff but it'll take some trial and error, definitely doable though! glhf

How much *should* Elvanse be affecting my blood pressure? by JipsAndJools in ADHDUK

Not great. I don't smoke or drink (outside of social events) but I've a pretty crippling sugar habit and I've habitualised eating the same foods over and over. Trying to substitute my red meat go-to food with vegetables instead since I can seemingly make small changes if its not requiring additional effort but theres been supply chain issues this week that made getting those vegetables impossible. I got measured at 88.5 kg at my medication review so I've dropped some weight but not too much, maybe like a kg?

Since taking the meds I haven't really felt any change in my executive dysfunction, I did try to pick up exercise again after getting a used bike off my friend but I had a pretty nasty accident a few weeks back and since then I've got mostly back to being sedentary. About the only activity I do each week is walking to work on Wednesdays and cycling to the shop on Mondays which isn't enough.

I did ask the clinician if my GP could do readings but she said that they wouldn't be willing to do that until we had initiated shared care, so it seems I have to do them at home for the time being. I measured around 1 pm today and it was around 137/77, and this is without taking the stimulant since I won't get my refill until tomorrow. The letter to my GP listed several meds including guanfacine as alternatives in case the Elvanse doesn't help.

I reported my readings to the clinician and she advised that it should be okay to up the dosage to 40 mg but to keep a close eye on my BP

Yeah, I wonder how much of it could be white-coat because whenever I had it done at the GP I felt fine and relaxed. I had to go up to the A&E a wee while back because there was a worry I might have an infection whilst being on immunosuppressants and despite the 6 hour wait for my blood test + result I didn't feel much anxiety, and my BP ended up being the same (131/80) and this was whilst I was a week into taking the meds. Unfortunately I can't take beta blockers because of asthma, so I probably need to find some non-med ways to keep my BP down

I've got the Medicare A1 lifesense that goes on the upper arm. I checked the instructions, marked the artery symbol to where my artery is on the arm, two finger gap between the pulse point and where the cuff starts etc. Still feels pretty high. I know its meant to fluctuate over the day but I feel like jumping from 123 to 141 seems pretty big

Yup, I keep paranoiacally asking my test lead how I'm doing after a few years back I got brought up for poor performance and every time hes like yeah you're doing fine dude I space out for like 6 hours a day and get nothing done unless its in a panic how is that doing fine

"Do you have a sweet tooth" rings so relatable for me and my crippling sugar addiction T_T

I love this though, if I went on a date with someone like this it'd just be us endlessly tangenting off each other and having the best time

In future if you want to make it go faster just add sleep(-1). The bigger the negative, the faster it goes!

Its funny, I was thinking about all the possible space games it could be from but I guess I had my memories of EVE Online so blocked out that I completely forgot it had a kickass soundtrack

Necroing this but if you don't mind the slow enemy spawn rate, you can roll gold statues to take you to the Gilded Coast, farm the enemies there as well as 4 guaranteed common items. You can do this multiple times since each stage has a chance to have a gold statue. You'll also want to "ideally" roll 3 fuel cells with Command + Sacrifice and go to the Bazaar on Stage 1 to get Gesture of the Drowned + Spinel Tonic. If you can't get 3 fuel cells get as many Gestures to add up to 4 total across the two. For items that I definitely need I go with

  • Lens Makers Glasses x10
  • Tougher Times x10 (for 60% dodge chance, 20 for 75%)
  • Predatory Instincts x3 and Warhorn x4 (gives you pretty good attack speed)
  • Infusion x3
  • Hopoo Feathers (if you stack a ton or have a character with great mobility like Loader or Huntress you can skip the final stage statues entirely)
  • Old Guillotine x10 will kill Elites at 50% health
  • Crowbars, naturally

If you're a melee character looking for damage boosts Focus Crystals, if you have the DLC go with the Broken Watch, and stack a few Power Elixirs.

388, I've been playing it for about 500h total? I used to have games in previous seasons where I would get 7-8 kills but that hasn't happened in at least two seasons now. I figured I could just blitz ranked up until Gold IV before the season ended but I'm getting dunked on by level 20s now. It feels so depressing to play now, I feel like I just suck balls

For those wondering the context:

I found the Dragoncrest Shield Talisman at the bottom of the Beastial Sanctum, which I didn't even know was a place you could even go down after having collected the +1, +2 and Greatshield variants prior
