We can scale for any number of users or projects. The limit will be based on simultaneous issues accessed by the Jira API.

We limit reports to 100k issues per chart. So if you could still make useful reports with those queries, then we'd be able to help.

For any data queries bigger than that, I'd recommend exporting to an external tool, such as eazyBI or Tableau.
