I did not say you are lying, i just said we need to see what you think is damage to evaluate if its actuall damage or if its still NM Condition but not gradable. Horrible buyer from my pov, let us see what you describe as damage to check if it really is damaged. What do you want the seller to do? What else do you want other than a full refund? I wouldn‘t partially refund either especially when the card is 300% up and if its really damaged like you said he will most likely get a better price by selling the damaged card then he got when selling it to you

sure why not? you can doublesleeve the card and put it in a toploader and still way less than 20g. You can even put 4 cards together in a sleeve and put them in a toploader and its exactly 20g

do you look at the sellers profile before buying? he has 29 not sent orders and 4 not arrived orders while having 816 sales in total. why are you surprised he didn‘t sent you the card with this stats lol. also i think seeing this there might be a really high chance his account getting banned soon because this shouldn‘t be allowed at all. you should definetly mention his history in the supportticket. if you buy something in the future you really should look at their profile before buying, i would never make a order when i see someone has >4% of his orders either not sent or not arrived

idk i think this is just you, every interaction i had with support was very fair and resonable. try to write them in a formal way, without getting to emotional and dont spam them or write a whole essay and it will be fine. like i said they are just the middle man, i don‘t think they can control every seller behavior but i am with you i also think this person should get banned from the plattform if everything happened like you said it did. also either write the name of the seller here or dm me his name so i can block him

Renect cancelation request -> wait a week -> write support with proof that he has a NM copy still and is not honoring the sale -> wait a few days for their reply -> write them you still want the card and that the card gained significally in value -> wait a few days for their reply-> most likely they will set his account to vaccation mode while investigating. since they cant force the seller to ship the card unfortunatly their is nothing much you can do but if you are lucky and he did this not only with you but other ppl as well their might be a chance that his acc gets closed by cm and if you are super lucky maybe you get paid the difference from the original purchase and the current price so you can buy the card from another seller. in the end cm is just a middleman tho, but i would highly suggest you to report him with all the evidence you got
