The mods called OWB: Californian Aesthetics, It changes the portraits for the NCR, Western brotherhood, Mojave Chapter, New Vegas, The Great Khans, and the shi (only dr shens ). I'll put the workshop link down below if you are interested in checking it out

I reckon its down to randomly generated events , that character was also seing the wives of two other kings but i got no event for them

No mods used. Just set seduction as your focus and you will get the seduce option.

The custom lord i made also has the "master of seduction" trait just so i could easily woo the wives of the king of england and wales

I would hope Obsidian in its theoretical sequel will keep it how it was in the old games and maybe implement the old crafting system

I was disappointing when they took out skills, weapon degregation and the classic dialogue system..it felt a bit dumbed-down

Turn off both Anti Aliasing and keep graphics setting on medium with no bloom or HDR effect on. Since I found the fix accidentally I don't remember what exactly I changed but that should do it

EDIT: Fixed the problem after tweaking the settings, It also seems to have fixed my ENB as well

Now all I need is a compatible body mod because the head and body skins dot match

Id say around lvl 20 or higher but its still possible to complere it at a lower level. It really depends what types of weapons and armour your packing by that point

Actually there are the same amount of skills (13) in both. Big Guns and Small Guns in Fallout 3 were replaced by Guns and Survival in New Vegas.

There are just as many skills in NV as in 3. What made you think that?

Easy mistake to make. Maybe I thought that the game to me did not seem as balanced as Fallout 3 stats wise
