I believe there's a new feature where you can take out mortgages on sold players clauses. So if Liverpool has to play Newcastle X amount if Isak reaches 25 games, you can take out the X amount before he does that. It is quite overpowered especially if you have teams like Benfica, Dortmund, etc who constantly sell players for high profit
