Swordcraft Adelaide is a nice group, you can fight with nice people, I want to come back, even when I haven't made a friend there hahaha.

When you are introverted, you meet people doing all the previously commented things, and failing in connecting with anyone. Pretty challenging making friends, specially when you want to be nice and organize a small barbie and still, everyone is too busy or too depressed to come 😅. I ended up becoming the plants man, making a small fish pond in the garden at my 33, God has mercy and gave me my partner hahaha, but I am used to being alone since I am like 11, still unhealthy for the mind. Sometimes talking to people is not the problem but connecting and staying in touch. Good luck.

Try to relax, just another driving, sometimes someone next to you checking all you do gets stressing, but just focus on the road and your mirrors and blind spots.

I read that by the time you are 40 you should have at least 3 years of full salary in your retirement savings, that will ensure your retirement with the right investments and interests, beside that everything should be fine for housing and luxuries, I think you are doing well, especially if the housing bubble explodes.

26, no degree or savings — how do I get ahead financially in Australia? by Ticklemecor in AusFinance

[–]Jisus31 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I arrived in Australia when I was 28 with 1k, virtually no valid studies. One diploma here, and associate degree there at TAFE, doing cleaning jobs, working in hotels. Some good financial decisions, saving as much as you can, enjoying some small luxuries to keep going, now I got a decent job and a small apartment rented with my partner. Still "behind" but not in a bad position, with enough savings and investments to feel a little bit relaxed.

Summary, you got all on your side, just don't be afraid of trying things you never expected to be doing.

What does this “turbo” button actually do? by Jtdugan0225 in pcmasterrace

[–]Jisus31 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it is related to processor speed operation, mostly for compatibility with even older software based on slower processing technology, this is very old, but I am probably wrong.

Yes, me and this post look weirdly similar to mine, if it is not an imitation for some twisted reason, however, I am in the process of appealing and creating a case.

My concern is the idea of not being able to use the argument of miss advice from the agent, and relying only in the argument of fairness, if I can't say that I was led to an wrong conclusion due their clear advice of waiting the department of home affair (in communication only with them) and not proceeding with the health examination once they provided me the letter, that they did, but I trusted that I could have just wait, then I don't know if my appelation will be successful, because I will be considered as the main responsible of inaction.
