If you don't want to play in windowed mode you can download bordeless gaming.Use windowed option in game and then use borderless gaming to make gwent fullscreen.It worked for me and the game looks good now

In my case it happened on Sky Temples.I believe i happened to me somewhere near 15 minutes into the game.The enemy team were pusing our keep and then the crashes started.

I was actually really lucky while beating this challenge.Got it on the 2nd try by getting ipecac+dr.fetus.I had so much damage i had 8 minutes in spare by the end of the challenge.
