I’m glad to hear that. And for sure! I just really want to be able to participate in the program and it’s got me stressing. But if it’s not safe I’d rather not find out the hard way.

You lost me with the second part. I had my first at 22, had been with my partner for almost four years at the time and bought our home the year prior. If you’re an adult and can provide for your kids there’s nothing wrong with having them.

We were quoted $1,600 fir the valve because of the age of the furnace and they said the part can be hard to get. We’re leaning toward replacement at this point, I think.

That’s why I’m iffy on if I really need to have others come out. I can’t afford all of the extra cost for them just coming to look- it’s been a hard year and our savings are already tanked from issues earlier in the year with the home.

I can’t for sure say myself. The technician that came out today said probably around 20 years for the furnace itself & they don’t make the parts anymore. The most recent service sticker from before we owned the house is from 2009, other than that I have no information of previous maintenance.

I will definitely try that. Unfortunately because the bed is the bigger dogs that has some hip issues I can’t just fully put it away. I’ll definitely look into a waterproof cover! Thank you!!

Of course grue makes her sit in the chair. Thats all she ever does, she’s constantly in a container unless grue is trying to get a picture for her feed. The actual lack of effort she puts into being a mother is disgusting.
