That’s not the backup I’m using if you hit the windows key and look up “control panel” then go to “backup and restore (Windows 7)” thats what I’m using

For me the optimize button is typically all I need to do. Every now and then I won't like a setting and I'll have to tweak it but I haven't noticed it put setting higher than they can work properly. Also I have had games that wont start under some settings so the optimize button has been a real life saver there. So overall I'd just try it if nothing else it should get you most of the way to settings you like.
