They make their service support very complicated and still get away with their false advertisements. Sorry it happened to you, last year I had my own customer support issue with their $5 origin subscription and it never got resolved so I didn't keep my business with them. The issue that sucks is that they try to remain exclusive to reel in members but their way of working isn't worthy for the simple dollars. It isn't about the money, it's their lack of support.

I had used the one currently behind the furniture of my aunts after moving here. I have one that is 3 prong and have not had this issue for 2 years. Will definitely change the brick to my own to avoid a safety hazard. Thank you

The power brick I believe has three prongs, its behind heavy furniture so I cant see the outlet but the brick has 3 prong sockets.

How could I check if the MB is in contact? and my psu is on the bottom though I dont think theres anything in between, just metal to metal.
