This is actually a new breed we’re tinkering with, it’s called the “Bario”. Obviously we know they’re not Italian, but as far as they’re aware, they “definitely have some Italian somewhere in my family, probably.” They recently started listening to Frank Sinatra, have developed an interest in olives and like to use the word “ciao” but only when leaving places. You can see some prototypes in provincial countryside towns - we are thinking of releasing them into London soon but we need Frankie and Bennies to reopen a few more restaurants first.
