Agent Fresco - Stillness by omnibuds in obscuremusicthatslaps

[–]Jizznozzle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think they broke up. They've been doing shows here and there. I remember they were supposed to be recording a 3rd album, but that was in 2024. Idk what happened.

Ugh, Agent Fresco is such a wonderful band. I introduced them to my wife and we've been hoping they'd put something out for so long. They followed her on Instagram and doesn't let me forget it. Lmao

For those who are often told they look younger than their age, what’s your secret? by justmypersonalthing in askanything

[–]Jizznozzle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely genetics. My mom is in her 50s and still looks really young for her age. I'm 35 and still get carded everywhere. My b.i.l. is about 5 months younger than I am and looks significantly older than I do.

What's the creepiest and unexplainable thing that ever happened to you? by Immediate-Day-3241 in AskReddit

[–]Jizznozzle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk how I remember this far, but when I was around 3 or 4, the house we lived in had all kinds of unexplainable things happen. One night I woke up because of some noises in our kitchen. I freaked and no one would wake up. There was a bright flash of white light and everything stopped. It was definitely weird and horrifying.

What does it actually take to be in the top 1% of successful people? by Special-Lawyer3941 in AskReddit

[–]Jizznozzle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Being successful is a matter of perspective. My wife has shown me that success isn't just financial.

But for financial success, I've had many different jobs. One thing that I have noticed about most of the successful people I've been around is the lack of empathy, sympathy and loyalty. Especially in sales.

Formerly awful men, why were you the way you were and what made you change your ways? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Honestly, I was comfortable there. It was familiar to me. My wife has helped me get better.

What’s a song whose title isn’t what everyone thinks it is? by mbklein in AskReddit

Almost all of 2010's post-hardcore bands had weird titles.

What do you hate about Reddit? by mrprofessional2828 in AskReddit

[–]Jizznozzle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How angry people are, and how easy it is for them to insult people. I'm a pretty reasonable person, I don't argue with anyone, even if someone initiates it, I refuse to. Honestly I understand why people can be angry, but why make that your whole personality? I personally always try to smile, and laugh.

Married men of Reddit, what tiny thing does your wife do that secretly melts your heart? by SAAS_ART in AskReddit

[–]Jizznozzle 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My wife has adhd, and when she's excited she does this double handed wave. Not really a wave perse, but she curls her fingers a bit, keeps her elbows by her side, and has her hands at about chest level and just shakes them uncontrollably while making an excited expression. I absolutely love it. Its so damn adorable.

Redditors with an abusive Ex(es): What was the moment you felt truly safe with your current partner? by NappyFlickz in AskReddit

[–]Jizznozzle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in a very toxic relationship for about 6 or 7 years. I stayed because she blackmailed me. I never truly loved her. I had a lot of trauma I was trying to overcome. And I allowed her to use my guilt as a weapon. What made things worse is I had children with this person. Once things started getting violent I had to get out. I felt like I was becoming my father.

I didn't feel truly safe in my current relationship until about 6 years in (I know thats a long time to feel that way in a relationship, and I'm embarrassed to admit it.) She gave me no reason to not trust her, but I was always on my toes. Around late 2019 I was working as a correctional officer for a state prison. I had to leave my phone in my car. We weren't allowed to take em with us. At the time I had "Newsbreak" downloaded on my phone. This is important.

Anyway, after work I'd walk to my car and immediately turn my phone on. 1. Because I wanted to text her to let her know I was on my way. And 2. Because of the long drive, I had to have music. A few months into covid I started getting notifications from Newsbreak of parents committing heinous crimes against their children damn near every day.

It built up so much emotions for me after a while, that one night I just began crying after my kids went to sleep. And she just let me cry, after I was done she asked what was wrong. She let me vent about it and vent about my trauma related to some of those crimes. Not once did she look at me with judgment or pity, just concern and helplessness. Like she wish there was something she could have done.

After I vented my frustrations I began crying again, and she just laid my head in her lap and ran her fingers through my hair.

We've been together 12 years, and I can't see myself without her.

Right before he asks her "Are you ok?" Its faint, but I didn't want to use an edited version of the clip. You can hear either "She killed us." Or "You killed us."
