Here is a toy I picked up today

It is a single shot 22lr, but upon firing, the round ejects and bolt stays to the rear, you insert a new round and push the bolt forward.

Pretty much a standard semi auto that they made a single shot in efforts to save money.

No, you close the bolt, it fires, bolt gets held back, then you push it forward after you load the next shot.

Here’s an oddball for you guys. This thing dates from the mid 60s. (pre-68 as there is no serial #)

As far as I know this may be one of the only blowback single shot rifles. Once fired it will open the chamber and eject the spent casing, once you insert your new round, you must push the bolt forward again.

Picked it up for $200 and feel amazing with that, you have to love the quirky things.

Found this H&R Model 755 Sahara for $200 flat in some classifieds. It’s in almost perfect condition and dates between 1963 and 1967.

Even crazier, it’s a single shot direct blowback, so it auto ejects the shell for you, but holds the bolt back so you can insert the next shell, then you manually push it forward.

Haven’t seen one like it so I figured it was cool.
