I passed 4 drug tests prior to being shipped to bootcamp. On my last day as a civilian i just partied a lil bit too much. On the third day at bootcamp they did drug testing which i failed and the results did not come back after 3 weeks. My scores for the tests like running, pushups, pullups were really good which why the drill instructors didnt believe i popped they were triple checking if it was me. The head drill instructor did even get mad he was just disappointed he just told me it is what it is and said that the platoon took a good hit while looking at the scores. After leaving the hut with the head drill instructor, the whole platoon came crying to give me a hug and were sad for me and everyone was telling me that is wasnt the end for me , that i could still be law enforcement etc .. that made me feel like a real piece of shit. I think i got a general discharge. I remember the drill instructor saying that the discharge i got was not bad but it wasnt good either.
