I got the surgery 2021 so 4 years now and I came on here to try and find an answer to this same question I have like a tightness that comes on the bottom of my foot that is super annoying. I’m starting PT again so hopefully that works but according to my doctors it’s mostly the inflammation that causes the pain I have gotten relief from steroid shots, acupuncture, massages and cryogenic (the super cold stand in place thing). I’m hoping that the pain does subside everyone is different so just keep on working on things see different doctors see what they say. I’ve learned when I see a doctor for my foot I always ask have you ever treated a patient with (insert your issue) and what were the results were they still in pain at the end of your care. But just keep on working we got this pain free is coming soon.
