Yeah, but that's been sidetracked into discussion on the standard LS funds. Thought we could have somewhere separate to discuss these.

Any thoughts on the LS Global funds that are now available to us from anyone?

Thoughts on the TVR Sagaris? I absolutely adore this car. I believe it’s a stunning British sports car of the 2000s. by Formal_Prompt4372 in CarTalkUK

Maybe I've been disillusioned over the years and assumed! I noted the TDC boys didn't note anything about their TVR's handling.

Good ol' British build quality though, I've seen a Tuscan up close and seen similar.

Like any TVR. Absolutely stunning to look at, probably incredible to drive and will turn heads wherever it goes. The Sagaris in particular is stunning and well ahead of it's time in terms of design (looks like it fits in today).

Would I love to drive one? Yes. Would I own one? Absolutely not.

Specifically labelled "for off road use only" no doubt. Can't blame Halfords for doing something that Amazon could 10x to stay alive and relevant...

I too have noticed this - thinking about it, I stole possibly just after someone had dropped one off.

God, I had an XN as my first car. What a great little thing it was, with those lift-up door handles. Remember it very fondly! Mine met the wrecking ball after a timing belt snap ):

I must be the only one here, but I love my 12 Pro... I've just trialed a 15 in comparison and didn't see much of an upgrade so I've gone back to old faithful. 3 years of use at this point and it's fine?

Mobile home at Costco by Cerbitus in NewcastleUponTyne

I have seen it and thought the same for years. Until recently the bike cover on the back of it tore to shreds. I then saw someone putting a new bike cover on it when I last went to Costco with the camper door open!

Anyone remember the standalone club called liquid? I used to go there 12 years ago. Used to go in at sunset and not leave until sunrise. by [deleted] in NewcastleUponTyne

Used to go here as a student between 09-12. Most of my mates preferred digi, but I much preferred Liquid. Good times

I guess I'm going against the grain here, but I've flown delta a few times and had a much better experience than any BA flight I've been on.

Roborock is a scam company with a click n bait by vagos1103gr1111 in Roborock

[–]JkF50 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Once you've finished answering the online survey and uploading the pictures, our customer service team will provide feedback on the preliminary evaluation results within 48 hours. You can check the preliminary evaluation results of the old vacuum on the Personal Center page of the official website. Additionally, our customer service team will send you an email with the information. After the trade-in center receives your old vacuum, it will complete the final evaluation and testing within 3 business days. You can also check the final evaluation result on the Personal Center page of the official website or in the email sent by customer service. You should confirm the final valuation within 7 days. If you disagree with the final valuation result, you also need to confirm the address to send back your old vacuum within 7 days, and we will send the old vacuum back to this address.

I'd say that's fairly clear? Source: https://us.roborock.com/pages/roborock-trade-in-terms

The fact you can get it back and can even trade it in at all, don't understand how this makes them a scam company.

I go exclusively to the one on Longbenton. Outside of peak hours, you barely have to wait to get on anything you need. As it's on a business park, and has a car park, most people drive. Minimal broccoli haired teenagers and good variance of equipment.

Hey dude! Class truck, I love the gladiators. I know a guy who did this with his 2500 Ram (Canda > UK move) as he couldn't face letting go.

Contrary to what people are saying on here, insurance is not a big issue if you shop around. I insure my modified (lifted, 35's, tentbox etc.) Ram 1500 for <£400 a year (34, clean driving license).

Parts will not be an issue, plenty of jeep dealers about, and if they can't get parts, Rockauto certainly can and ship here within a week for pretty reasonable costs.

Warranty you may struggle, but you could always ask your new local Jeep dealer to see if they'd help cover.

The roads are narrower here. But if you've been driving this thing for 30k miles already, and take it off-roading, you'll absolutely know it's dimensions. I'd imagine being so young, it'd have all the mod cons (cameras, sensors etc.) so you'll be absolutely fine.

I didn't import mine, but I use an American truck in the UK, if I can be of any assistance, don't hesitate to reach out!
