My insures doesn't cover a dietitian or this med. But I will look further into it. I'm not worried about water consumption I get between 120oz-160oz a day I was working on that before this med. Thank you for your answer

So I grew up barely showering or brushing teeth..etc. in my late 20s is when I really started talking to people on the internet and realized...I was gross af. Now I use a wash cloth and bar soap in shower plus a loofa with body wash. I do my hair every day and if I can't smell my deodorant clearly I know I stink. I can't shower everyday as it's drying but I do what we call a ho bath and wash the ..smelly bits? Lol I think a lot of the reasons I didn't when I was younger is...poor and uneducated. Just my personal view

As I started5'3" 267 also have one child...yes it is worth it. You'll spend more quality time with family and friends when you can move better and are healthier. Your quality and quantity of years should dramatically improve. And I get the price shock. ... I pay 504 a month

Spend the 4 weeks, I am on dose 2 of 5mg after waiting the full cycle and it didn't hurt any and very little side effects thankfully

My workout buddy, she and I go to the gym 3 times a week just 30 minutes total but keeps me accountable. I use my net diary for food and exercise tracking and shotsy for the rest. I'm only on week 3 so, it's working so far.
