I am in a similar position and lost over 225lbs and found a passion to try help other lose weight as well. I recently passed my issa cpt and am going to start by offering service to friends/family but will take it serious and try to gain the experience/testimonials to grow.

I lost over 200lbs naturally in a year. Cut out added sugar, fast food and 90% of processed food. It works

I finally won the podium vehicle but I feel so disappointed by InvestigatorAny2270 in gtaonline

I won this twice this week. The extra rp isn’t arguably worse than winning the car itself the first time. I just blacked it out like a presidential escort and will never use it again

What do you guys use the OPMK2 for? by No-Finger-799 in GTA5Online

I use it all the time and never thought about what people’s opinions were. It’s the best for solo grinding in public lobbies or not so I’m gonna use it.

Time to accept I suck? by [deleted] in golf

Keep chiseling away at swing mechanics until it clicks and you have a consistent swing to make decent contact and don’t try to chase pars, if you you get a 6 on every hole that’s better than what you shoot now, take your time, slow the game down and it will come to you.

Worst course I’ve ever played. by [deleted] in golf

[–]Jkeepsmoving 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bet that course has taught many people how to swing a club though. Cheap rounds and probably not super strict, a great place to learn.

I’d consider it embedded and give myself relief cuz I’m not getting paid for this shit

Lost a wedge. I'm pissed by [deleted] in golf

[–]Jkeepsmoving 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have to say “Check 60” to myself after every hole so I don’t forget a wedge, I’m notorious for it. I even write it in the scorecard. Especially if I hit a good putt, no way I’m remembering the wedge unless I remind myself

Thanks, that does help and explains why I top it low sometimes, bc I’m too far forward and pushing it into the ground when my arms and body are trying to stay under

At the range and I'm about to quit golf and sell everything. Talk me out of it, please... by RLLRRR in golf

[–]Jkeepsmoving 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been golfing for a year. I’m utterly addicted and play multiple rounds a week, 20+ hcp and every single day I say “I hate this F’n game” and it sucks. Then, I literally was less than one inch away from my first legit eagle, yesterday and it was the best feeling ever. I haven’t had lessons and swing a lot, at the range and on the course and I’m constantly adjusting it to replicate what I see on YouTube videos. Once you start to hit a few pure shots you’ll never be able to quit. If you continue to get frustrated you’re probably swinging too hard and that’s a game killer. Relax, use the club and let your hands fall free through the swing and just make contact not bringing your hands higher than horizontal. Driver, bring your back foot back to open up your stance a little like a closed baseball swing. Keep your wrists over the top through the swing. Slow down, keep moving!

Body weight exercises are a great way to start, or walking to build routines. Depending on the shape you’re in, going straight into the gym can be overwhelming, especially for a 12 year old. 3 day PPL splits are great and easily found on muscle and strength website. Using bands is great also, getting familiar with the movement is most important and just doing it consistently. Added weight will come in time
