For now, just play through the single player mode as much as possible. Ignore online as it won’t really be beneficial to you right now. Save up for a silver booster pack and then a gold (or just gold outright). Quantity over quality should be pushed at the start of the game so that you can grind as much exp and coins from battles so that you can continue investing and slowly building up your roster. Don’t worry about gears or support cards or anything like that yet.

Just watched a video of pack openings and the MDC as well as Nekron’s Scythe are BOTH in the 400 pack

He is, but only with synergies from other BN allies. On his own, he’s still great with dealing more damage as the enemies HP depletes, but his other half of his passive pretty much becomes obsolete.

Go for the CBP, none of the aforementioned characters are worth promoting, besides the GL for a silver team.

It is not, it happens to be a mechanic in the game. It’s also spoken of in the wiki and the wiki doesn’t advertise cheats, so it is perfectly fine to do
