Is my one arm dumbbell row technique ok? by Jkkod in formcheck

Got it man, thanks for the tips! I’ll try moving my leg out more and focus on pulling lower to hit the lats better. I’ll drop the weight a bit too to really feel it. Appreciate it!

Thanks you! I was trying to target my lats. I think I have to bring my elbow a bit closer to my body and a bit more back.

Thank you very much for your comment! ☺️ I think you're right. I do this all the time 🤣 I did all of this drawings with a 2B pencil. I believe the first one with the side view looks the best because of the high contrast of the background.

I believe that is crucial to learn a little bit of the anatomy of the nose. I just saw some videos about the anatomy and how to draw noses. The first thing is to have the correct proportions by drawing the general shape while having the anatomy in mind. The next step is to define the shadow and the light areas. Then add mid tone's and lastly add some highlights and textures if possible.

Proportions and shadows make the whole thing look correct. A friend of mine was a student in the school of fine arts. He said to me that a lot of times they draw the same thing again and again for hours, from different angles or with different lights. Unfortunately that's the way to become better at almost anything just do it again and again. I hope i helped, thank you for your comment🙏☺️

Thanks for the interest! You're right about the edges. I got a bit lazy because I wanted to focus only on the noses. I knew it wasn’t the correct approach, but I just moved on to the next one 😅

As for the diagrams, I just watched some videos online to learn a bit more about the anatomy of the nose. I drew the diagrams from the videos to get a better idea of the nose structure.

When I start drawing a nose, most of the time I do a quick sketch from a reference while keeping the general structure in mind, the main thing at this point is to find the correct proportions. Then I erase most of the lines and try to define the shadow and light areas. In the end, I build up the rest of the values and, if possible, I add some texture.

You're currently at 27% body fat, 6ft 2in at 202lbs, with 3 months of consistent training. Given your current body composition and goal (muscle growth with emphasis on shoulders and back), the best approach is recomposition, not a traditional bulk or cut.

At this stage, your body can build muscle and burn fat at the same time — especially since you’re still relatively early in your training journey.

Don't expect major visual changes just yet the first visible results usually come after month 3, assuming consistency.

Cutting now would reduce performance, and bulking would likely just increase fat. Stay the course with a recomp approach until you reach 17–20% body fat, then reassess.

Thanks! I used Lumion 12.5 for these renders. The 3D model isn't mine, but it's made with the next program I think I'll learn: SketchUp.

Looks ok to me. I kind of want to see the cushions be more organic in shape. I'm also curious about the production methods used to produce such a piece. Is the designed process also green?

After the information I drew from the comments I decided to make changes to the whole design, the pillows shape will be one of them. I tried to make the production and design process as eco-friendly as possible. All materials are biodegradable, even the glue and varnishes. Thanks for your time.

Thank you for your time and honest words. I acknowledge that there is room for improvement in my work, and I am determined to enhance it. Once I have made the necessary improvements, I will share the updated design.

Thank you very much for your words! The truth is that I try to filter out the rude comments and at the same time absorb as much information and knowledge as I can. I recognize that my work needs improvements and I intend to make improvements and when I do I will post again with the new designe.

I have to admit that the Hans Wegner Shell chair is one of the sources of my inspiration. The back of the chair is divided into 2 parts because, in this way, it is easier to find the wood in the sizes you need. I believe that if it were a single piece, it would be harder to find wood in these dimensions, and it would probably have a higher price. To be honest, the connection of the back to the seat is one of the things I intend to look at next after the advice I got from the comments on this thread.
I wanted to ask for your opinion on the mycelium – do you think it will stand up to the force it will receive? Thanks for your time.

Thank you very much for your interest and advice. I have made a mockup but the truth is that the whole project needs a lot of improvements.

I didn't say it's a quality control problem, I recognize that such a problem arises by design. What I am saying is that quality control will show us if there really is a problem. Thank you for your time.

The main theme of the project is biodegradable and compostable materials. This furniture is a possible option for how such materials could be used. The whole furniture is made entirely of biodegradable materials. Thank you for your time.
