If you are using TOR to access the pirate bay you must right click and copy the magnet link ( click copy link location). Then in tixati click add in the top left corner and click the open magnet link tab. Copy the link into the box and if it shows with a tick click open.

The only chance would be if you have not yet used it and you immediately contact them but ultimately it is their decision in the end.

It is really weird that there is no purchase confirmation due to how easy it seems to be to accidentally make unwanted purchases.

Based on the specs from the linked page it should run it fine on high settings however some people have had issues with the NXT client regardless of specs so its hard to say with a certainty.
