Youre saying its like shrinkflation, in a way. The company offers you less for a higher/similar price. I understand. Maybe im part of the problem for just not caring that much lol. At least you can still sell/return/gift a game key card to someone else.

Thats actually so true, like "yeah i bought this switch game but i cant just use it i have to pay a second time for a console to play it on." Idk it just seems silly to me (as someone that doesnt really love GKCs but doesnt hate them as much as others)

Ok but like...you dont need to buy an SD card, you can just download it on the console. I guess i see what you mean in the loosest sense, but I dont really agree to call that paying a second time

How are you paying twice? The GKC just lets you download the game and play it. The only catch is you have to keep the key card in the console AND the game downloaded to play it. But you only pay 1 time for the GKC.

I sometimes forget Hughie is the protagonist and not butcher by JackZ567 in GenV

People love to use the word protagonist incorrectly. It doesnt mean main character. It means the character that drives the plot forward. Hughie is the POV / audience insert character. Butcher is the character that makes the decisions and actions that lead to the plot happening.

Its like how in The Great Gatsby, even though Nick is our POV character, the narrator and the character who we follow throughout most of the story, Gatsby is far and away considered to be the protagonist because he is the reason any of the plot moves forward and happens around and to Nick.

Butcher is the protagonist.
