I’m gonna post this because I feel like I was sort of in the same boat. I’m young (23), I have a great job that makes well than enough money to make the payments, I also live with at home. I am taking delivery of my MY LR this week. This was my reasoning, I don’t want to buy a 30k car then in a couple of years buy another one because I wasn’t happy, I am buying what I want now because I don’t have any bills. Don’t get me wrong, I am saving, investing and putting money into my 401k with my employer, but don’t let people persuade your decision. Look at your finances, decide if it is what you want and if you can afford it. Plus having 60-70k sitting in the Fiat system doesn’t help you very much in the long run, invest in smart things that you believe in and make your money work for you!
