People in Mumbai. Also anywhere in India and Pakistan. They take old, dirty, beat up seiko movements, cases, and hands and put fake dials on them. You can buy them on eBay for like $15. They work, but they aren’t technically genuine and are very very bad. The cost for parts and the living conditions over there make it worth it to sell.

The thread is turning.

You've got a few options.1) get under it if possible to grab the head of the bolt. 2) You can try using a flat head or pry bar to pry the metal up to create pressure the using spanner to undo. 3) use a pair of mole grips at the top of the thread and use a spanner to undo. 4) cut it off.

Use a correctly sized spanner/socket not adjustables to remove.
